Tony Clement
Colorado Springs real estate runs deep for Tony Clement. He has been a part of RE/MAX Properties, Inc., a family owned and run business since 1986, from a very young age. As a child, you could find Tony and his brothers scooting around the RE/MAX Properties, Inc. offices helping lick the stamps, tending to the office landscaping, installing yard signs and doing other odd jobs for his father, Joe Clement, broker and owner of RE/MAX Properties, Inc. Tony was a graduate of Cheyenne Mountain High School, where he was a committed student and active in athletics, and where he met his high school sweetheart and future wife, Brooke. After high school Tony attended Colorado State University, where he graduated with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. Following graduation, the family business and his interest in real estate beckoned him back to Colorado Springs. After spending a number of years learning the industry and business from his father, Tony began managing the RE/MAX Properties, Inc. North Office location, the largest real estate office in Colorado Springs. As Managing Broker, Tony was committed to not only his own passion of honing his negotiation skills and helping his clients buy and sell real estate, but helping his more than 200 RE/MAX Properties, Inc. Associates perfect their professional skills and build their own thriving real estate business. At a "fairly" young age, Tony has had the honor of experiencing many different areas of responsibility in the real estate business and in 2014 became the proud co-owner of RE/MAX Properties, Inc. with his father, Joe Clement.
Throughout the years, Tony has spent his time and talents sharpening his skills and is now one of the top brokers in the Pikes Peak region. The art of negotiation and his commitment to exceptional client service are at the very heart of what Tony loves about this business.
Helping his clients realize their dreams of home ownership is truly the most rewarding aspect of Tony's career. Aside from his commitment to his real estate business, Tony is a passionate guy about most things he pursues. Tony tackles everything in life with true passion and those who know him love the energy he brings to everything he does. Tony and his wife Brooke are blessed with three lovely children; Trace, Kennedy and Thomas. Their lives are in constant motion running to school activities, tennis matches, lacrosse games and football. Tony does it all with ease and a true love for supporting his family and their adventures. When Tony does get the opportunity to steal away for a little personal R&R, you will likely find him running trails, fishing or hunting somewhere in Colorado. In addition to being passionate about his family and real estate, Tony believes that giving back through community involvement is an important part of making our city a wonderful place to call home. He is involved in several community endeavors and is a member of the Pikes Peak Range Riders, service with the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors, active member of the Young Professionals Network and youth football coach for Pikes Peak Park and Recreation. Tony has proudly accepted awards for Broker Manager of the Year with RE/MAX LLC and in 2016 was acknowledged as one of the Rising Star Professionals in Colorado Springs from the Colorado Springs Business Journal.
Martha Marzolf
Martha has been living in and loving the Colorado Springs community for the past 30+ years. After attending Saint Mary's College in South Bend, Indiana and graduating with a business degree, she moved to Chicago for a couple of years, but was soon drawn back to the west to help her father in the family car business. Relatively quickly, she found that talking about towing capacity or wheel size of the latest and greatest F-350 was probably not up her alley and real estate came a calling. From the very beginning this career was a natural fit for her and she has never looked back. Martha has been one of the top Realtors in the Pikes Peak Region since 1997.
Martha is passionate about the Colorado Springs area and one of her favorite things to do is to show off this lovely city. Real estate goes far beyond just the transaction for her and she not only wants to find the perfect home for her clients, she wants you to love the lifestyle that this town offers. Martha prides herself on delivering exceptional client services and her motto of professional service, professional delivered embodies her commitment to her clients.
Martha has been an avid volunteer for years and has served and chaired many boards to include: Junior League, Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region. Currently, she serves on the Penrose St. Francis board. She has held many leadership roles throughout the years and is steadfast in making this town a better place for all to live and thrive. In 2012, Martha was recognized as a Woman of Influence by the Colorado Springs Business Journal and she is a graduate of Leadership Pikes Peak. Martha is blessed with many friends, who know and love her for her thoughtful and tireless commitment to everything she is involved in, whether it be her career or her personal interests. In her spare time, Martha loves to gather at her home for dinner parties- she is the consummate entertainer. Travel, fiber arts, strolling through town are some of her other passions. Martha is a bit of a social butterfly and always seems to be joining some book club or mahjong group. But her most treasured role is being an Aunt to her 6 energetic nieces and one nephew. She gathers with them for her “auntie camp” adventures each summer. Martha’s furry kids, Georgie, a Bernese Mountain Dog and Willie, a Lhaso Apso are her constant companions
Kim Florence
Kim Florence grew up all over the United States and the world as part of a military family. She attended Brigham Young University, where she earned a BA in Political Science. Following college, she built a resume of research, policy writing, and business processes development in various positions from a public policy think tank to a US Intelligence Agency to the California Superior Court system. While working as a consultant in California, Kim spent the majority of her time writing, reviewing and presenting contracts between her company and the state of California. Her attention to detail in both writing and numbers and her ability to cordially negotiate difficult terms won her the trust of her senior management and the respect of her state employee counterparts. She brings this attention to detail and the ability to amiably negotiate contract terms while still achieving the clients' objectives to her work as a real estate agent.
Kim began practicing real estate in 2013 and launched her career at a boutique firm in the hyper-competitive San Francisco Bay Area. She and her family moved to Colorado Springs in 2019 when her husband, Paul, took a position with the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee; and it instantly felt like home. She has loved exploring the area and especially relishes the opportunity to walk out her door and be on a hiking trail in less than a mile. She was also impressed by the success of the Clement Marzolf team and when the opportunity presented itself, she eagerly took on the role as buyer's agent, adding her experience working with buyers in a competitive market to an already top-notch team.
Kim brings to her clients a love of design, a determination to deliver results, an uncompromising eye for detail, experience in social media and use of the latest technology, and a sense of humor. She especially loves working with first-time home buyers and is eager for all her clients to have the opportunity to call a house their own. She has been actively involved in several non-profits throughout the years, including teaching English as a second-language in China, working with immigrant populations in the United States, and serving as a founding member of the Daraja Academy in Nanyuki, Kenya. She currently works as fundraising director at a refugee organization called "Their Story is Our Story" and is Vice President of the PTO at her children's District-12 school. She and her husband also support many local Colorado Springs organizations including the Springs Rescue Mission, Westside Cares, UC Children's Hospital, Touch of Love International (TOLI) and the US Olympic and Paralympic Museum.
