OLD BROADMOOR

Established in the early 1900’s and built around the world renowned Broadmoor Hotel, this historic part of the city boasts homes from the turn of the century to today. The topography is rolling with amazing overlooks of Cheyenne Mountain. Known for its walkability, this coveted spot has some of the most most grand and architecturally interesting homes in the city.

SKYWAY

Skyway boasts three different areas over development. Lower Skyway was developed in the 1950’s and showcases mostly ranch style homes.  Lower Skyway is a great entry into the District 12 market if you are looking for small and quaint. In the 1970’s, Mid-Skyway was developed and you will find multi-levels with some true mid-century modern gems. Head further up the hill and you will stumble upon Upper Skyway with mostly custom homes from the 1980 and 1990 era. Just adjacent to Skyway is Bear Creek Park, with newly built pickleball courts, a community vegetable garden, and well loved Bear Creek Dog Park.

BROADMOOR HEIGHTS

Nestled on the Bluff just behind the Broadmoor Hotel, you will find this quaint neighborhood with a mix of custom single family homes mostly built from 1960 and on. There are several true mid-century moderns, many of which have been recently remodeled. From here you will find epic city views interspersed between the Pinyon Pine.  There are several trailheads from this neighborhood into Strawberry Fields, where locals can access hiking and biking trails.

BROADMOOR RESORT COMMUNITY

Back in the day, there was the Broadmoor Ski Club nestled on Cheyenne Mountain. In the 1990’s, the ski hill was bought and a major development of custom estate homes emerged. This is a gated community about a mile up from the Broadmoor Hotel and adjacent to our coveted Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

BROADMOOR BLUFFS

Colorado Springs kept growing and Broadmoor Bluffs emerged with homes nestled on the lower part of Cheyenne Mountain. Views are still part of the charm of this community too. This is a mix of custom and semi-custom homes built from the 1980’s to 2010’s. Cheyenne Mountain State Park is just adjacent to this community.
