  • Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center  This has been a stomping ground for Martha for over 25 years.  This is one of the biggest cultural hubs in Colorado Springs and is one of the few arts centers which boasts a 100 year old museum, arts education programming for every age group and one of the most prolific performing arts departments in the state of Colorado.  Simply put, If you want an artistic experience, this is your place.
  • Pikes Peak Performing Arts Center The Pikes Peak Performing Arts Center is a concert auditorium in downtown.  With an excess of 200 performances a year, there is bound to be an act that you want to catch.  

  • Norris Penrose Event Center  Once a year, you need the hottest ticket in town for the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo.  For 5 days, you will find Tony dressed up as a real cowboy as he cherishes being an ambassador for this event.  He has been a Pikes Peak Range Rider for several years.  This organization supports the rodeo which supports military families throughout the region.

  • Peak Radar From gallery openings to theater productions to sporting events, this is a one-stop shop for everything arts and culture in the Springs.  Check our Peak Radar’s website to find out what is happening on any given day.   

  • First Friday Art Walk On the first Friday of every month, artists from all over town participate in the Art Walk.  You can view the schedule and gallery locations on the Peak Radar website.   

  • Kimball’s Peak Three Theater Located right in the heart of downtown, Kimball’s is consistently voted the top movie theater in the Springs.  They specialize in Independent and Foreign Films and offer a full bar to their theater-goers. 

  • US Olympic and Paralympic Museum This recently opened, interactive museum is dedicated to honoring the lives and accomplishments of the United States Olympians and Paralympians. The USOPM was voted one of the nation’s top museums in 2020.  It’s state of the art technology and compelling stories will have you wanting to come back again and again. 

  • Colorado Springs Pioneer Museum  Colorado Springs has an amazing history and you can learn all about it at the Pioneer Museum.  The old courthouse used to be housed in this building and can be seen as it was back in the day

  • Cog Railway  It is a rite of passage to visit Pikes Peak at some point.  There are three ways up and the Cog Railway is the easiest – several cog rides are available daily.  Also, for those that like a little rush, you can take the highway to the top.  Lastly, if you want to put your hiking shoes on, Barr Trail will take you to the top.

  • United States Air Force Academy  The Academy is North of Colorado Springs nestled on 18,000 acres.  You can see military planes, visit the Visitor’s Center and chapel.
