Range from $200,000 to $1million+. There is simply no question Martha knows not only the Colorado Springs market but the people in Colorado Springs as well. When we needed to sell our $500,000 home during the home crisis 8 years ago, she practically had our home sold before it officially went to market because she is so well networked. No one in our neighborhood was able to sell their house, but she sold ours quickly. She is genuine and people love to work with her. All of my family does business with her.
